That was so beautiful Emily. I felt like I was holding your hand all the way to the centre and back out.
About 7 years ago I delivered an outdoor yoga workshop right under one of the giant fig trees next to the labyrinth and after shavasana we all rose up and walked the labyrinth at the end and it was incredibly powerful.
I am already missing receiving these chapters every Sunday. I do so hope you will continue to write for us to read. It is a gift to be able to write and invoke an embodied response from the reader. We can be so numb these days to feeling emotional feedback in the body and the wisdom that you articulate does just that.
I look forward to what may come bubbling up and out onto the page.
Dearest Em, thank you for Paving the Way. I'll miss your weekly episodes, you write beautifully. As I walk the Centennial Park Labyrinth this Wednesday, I'll reflect on all the pilgrims being in service to something greater. X
Thanks for documenting your wonderful story, Emily. Every time I walk it, I will be the richer for all the details woven into the path..and under my feet.
“I’ve thrown myself out of my story a hundred times by making the other the subject of my sentence.” Wow. That’s a powerful revelation. I’ll be reflecting on this gem for a while. Thank you. 💕
Your passion gave birth to the unique labyrinth in Centennial Park but surely does not means you have to keep gestating more and more. You may however have to stay around and water and nourish your labyrinth to ensure it takes root and expands like the Bodhi Tree .
"When I choose a path, it feels like a labyrinth. When I allow someone to talk me into walking their path, it ends up feeling like a maze." Oh my! This so resonates with me. Thank you for voicing it.
Thank you, Emily, for inviting us on this journey with you. Each chapter offered multiple gems of wisdom which have stayed with me. Thank you. I have found myself nodding, weeping, smiling, in awe, inspired on this journey... pure gift.
Dear Emily, how fortunate are we you took the call to take this path. “The gifts of innocence and not-knowing are profound.” - this mystery and processes are essential for our times. Deep gratitude and best wishes.
Thank you Em. Wonderful to walk the path with you.
Thanks Libby xx

Thanks Fenella xx
Sincere thanks for sharing this important story and inviting others to connect.
I deeply resonate with your insights
fear has its own logic
our strengths are our weaknesses
we are alchemists of our own lives
having just walked face first
into my biggest fear
choosing when choices were limited
asking for courage to go forward
with grace and thanks
to surrender with faithfulness
to accept what is meant for me
knowing that my name
my exact name
had on that day
been called.
Thanks Susanne!
